Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the item meets the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process any return or refund.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. Any requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process & Timing
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days after return approval to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or would like to exchange a product for a different size or variant (where applicable), please contact us at contact@productcolony.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can quickly review and resolve it. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
Products marked as final sale or clearance items.
Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products once opened.
Customized or personalized items.
Gift cards or downloadable products.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
